Tessa is great. She asks students what they expect out of the internship. She is easy to talk to and asks some simple questions. Then she will tell you about the internship and what you will be doing. Don't worry about the interview. Also make sure you dress appropriately because it's an office environment.

It was a two-part process. First, they looked at my cover letter and resume. Then, I had an interview with the department I'd be working in. The people there were really professional, which was great, but I found out the intern tasks weren't very skill-intensive.
