Intern
I found this internship on an online job board and sent my resume and cover letter to the contact person. About a week later, they emailed back asking if I could interview that week. The interview itself was fine. I was in a small room with two people from the department. Afterwards, they asked for my professional references, which I sent. I never heard back, even after a follow-up email a week later. I never found out what happened with the position, so I took another offer.
- What about this role specifically caught your eye?
- What's your approach when faced with too many tasks and a tight deadline?
- Are you more of a detail-oriented person, or do you tend to focus on the big picture?
Intern
I had two interviews, one was in person and the other was a phone call. They mostly asked me to expand on my resume and the technical abilities I listed. I was asked about my background in creating monitoring and evaluation plans and my experience with developing institutional capacity.
- What would you do if you received contradictory instructions from several senior managers?
Intern
I applied and about a week later they asked me to come in for an interview. There were 2 team members interviewing me at the same time. They were nice, but not really friendly. It was casual, but the questions were pretty repetitive.
- How do you prioritize your work?
- Could you describe your organizational skills?
- What is your leadership style?
