After applying, I had a written test, followed by 5 interviews. This process felt pretty inefficient for everyone involved, especially considering the low financial offer at the end. The technical folks were nice, but the HR person was really unprofessional.

Interviewing with Forum was easily one of the best interview processes of my entire career. They were responsive, prompt, communicative, and supportive throughout the three interviews I had (hiring manager, talent acquisition specialist, and then a multi-person panel, all remote). I would definitely interview with them again.
