went through a series of tests, skype calls, and then a face-to-face interview in Geneva. Even though I was told I performed the highest among the selected candidates, I wasn't chosen. It was evident they didn't want a black female on the team.

2 interviews were conducted (one with HR and one with the hiring manager). The HR interview focused on behavioral and competency-based questions. Some obscure questions were asked like 'give me an example where you disagreed with a client'. It was meant to be an example with a client. The atmosphere was very friendly. Role descriptions were very vague and didn't offer many tangible details on how the role would function.
