The interview process began with a 30-minute preliminary phone call with a talent development specialist. This was followed by a 60-minute interview with the prospective supervisor. Subsequently, I was invited for a series of on-site interviews with potential colleagues, the head of the department, and another talent development specialist. These interviews covered general questions about my personality, soft and hard skills, and interests, as well as an analytical problem-solving case. The interviews were quite engaging because the interviewers shared a lot about the role and its responsibilities.

This was a 3-round interview process. The first round was automated, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and then a final interview. It wasn't overly challenging but required significant time and effort. I wish they would remove the first automated round.
