I went through several rounds of interviews which were super awkward and unprofessional. In one video call, random people joined and my interview was cut short, so the interviewer called me on the phone instead. Someone actually mentioned during an interview that everyone on the team is unhappy due to restructuring. They also didn't seem to have clear direction on what they are doing with their events. It was a very strange experience overall.
