Had a short 5-minute initial phone screen. The hiring manager rescheduled the in-person interview multiple times and seemed distracted during it. I was informed that three positions were open. I was not offered a second interview. The hiring manager's response was "we filled the position with more qualified persons", yet the job posting is still active. I suggest the company review its hiring practices and ensure the right staff are conducting interviews.

After applying online, I got an email for a phone interview. Once that was done, they sent a 'Pre-Interview' Questionnaire with fill-in-the-blank technical questions. After submitting that, I had a 2-hour interview session with the CEO, COO, CFO, BRM, etc., mostly in 2v1 meetings. They ended up selecting another candidate, so I didn't get the job. It took about 7 hours total. I asked the COO for feedback but didn't get a response.

The interview process was in 3 parts: a skill assessment, a phone interview with the Operations Manager, and a video conference with several service managers. It included a variety of technical questions covering different IT areas and my past skill sets.
