TA reached out to me on LinkedIn. Had a 30min screen the next day, then scheduled me for a 1.5 hr interview the week after. First part was typical but casual/conversational. 2nd part was the coding portion. The technical part was a java coding exercise with pair programming, focusing on REST API and design patterns knowledge. Few deeper technical questions came up, and they let me google some parts to find solutions. Not 2 days later I got the offer. All interviewers were super friendly and helpful. The whole process from initial message to offer was less than 2 weeks; super efficient. Honestly, one of the best interview experiences I've had.

It went great. I was interviewed by 2 team leads who were very nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable. There was an error in the schedule so they weren't expecting me.

I had a pretty easy online test first. Then, a recruiter called me for a quick chat about my background. After that, they set up another phone interview with a local HR person. I ended up waiting for nearly two hours for that call, and it never happened. I tried to follow up, but got no reply.
