Customer Success Manager
It was a pretty straightforward interview process. We had six interviews in total: a first screening with Talent Recruitment, one with my direct Supervisor, then a panel of three people, one with the Director of CS, and a presentation. Everything felt very low key and not overly pressured, quite human. Everyone I met was really nice and professional.

Customer Success Manager
I had 2 phone screens, then 5 in-person interviews in one day, which included a presentation. There was also an informal offsite interview, followed by a final phone interview with Sr. Management. Some discussions were good, some bad, and some just odd, but I felt like they had a great business model. There was something off culture-wise I couldn’t place. They seemed disinterested in me from the beginning but kept requesting more time. Some interviewers were dismissive and borderline rude. The questions were more standard textbook interview questions rather than conversational. The informal interview was intensely personal, and I left unsure of how I felt about it all. I quickly had a follow-up phone conversation with the head of the department that did not go well. After that, it was clear to me, and I think to them too, that it wasn’t a good match. I expected a phone call or a personalized email, but instead, I got a canned rejection response, which is never appropriate for final round candidates. The recruiter I worked with was fantastic otherwise, and some of the people I spoke with were genuinely enthusiastic about the company mission.

Customer Success Manager
The whole process took a few weeks. It started with two phone screens, then I had five in-person interviews, one of which was a presentation. After that, there was a final phone interview with someone from leadership. Looking back, there were some red flags. Several interviewers mentioned they hadn't read my resume, and one even said they're always hiring for this role. They also seem to have a diversity issue, but it's hard to say for sure just from the interviews. The main reason I'm writing this, though, is the last phone call I had with an executive. They were ten minutes late, said they didn't read my resume because they've done hundreds of these interviews, bragged about being the decision-maker, and then made fun of other candidates, telling me not to do that. All I got was one question: 'Where do you see yourself in 10 years?' It was pretty shocking, and honestly, I didn't feel like they took me seriously. This wasn't the only time another candidate was disparaged; it happened twice during the in-person interviews too.
