Had two phone interviews back to back over two days. They then asked when I could come in for an in-person interview. It felt like a panel interview where they were judging if I fit their specific mold. It was pretty uncomfortable and some questions felt unprofessional. They mentioned it was a great place for women, but my experience was the opposite. It seems like a male-dominated environment there, so I'm glad I didn't accept. I got an offer from another software company that same week and felt a good vibe there right away.

The process was pretty standard: first a recruiter screening to ensure basic competence, then a phone interview with a manager and a Sr. Staff member. This was followed by an in-person interview which included a code challenge, and then an offer. The recruiter was great, always keeping me updated on the process. My only piece of feedback is that setting expectations for the code challenge could have been better. While I understand it's a challenge and not always perfectly defined in the real world, a general idea beforehand would have been helpful.

Started with a phone screen, then an in-person test. The in-person involved 5 programming questions on a Mac that was air-gapped, so no internet, but it had an IDE (IntelliJ Idea). The questions varied from easy stuff like reversing a string to harder ones like super sets. They said using the debugger was okay and even recommended. After that, I had to do a video recording of some personality questions that would be sent to the managers.
