First, I had a phone chat with a recruiter about general stuff. Then, I spoke with the Sales Manager on the phone who asked me about sales and also some general interview questions. After that, I went onsite for an hour, which included a tour and meeting with different Sales Managers from the teams for about 20 minutes each. The VP of Sales was supposed to join one of the meetings but couldn't make it. Because I missed the onsite with the VP, I had a 30-minute call with them later. Finally, the recruiter called to say I got the job and asked if I was still interested. Everyone was super nice. They even set me up with a current female DSR who used to have no sales background, which was really helpful and made me sure about taking the job. It's a great company!

I had a phone call with a recruiter and then I took the plum.io test. After that, I was scheduled to talk to the hiring manager. The hiring manager called late and told me he only had 20 minutes. His phone died in the middle of the call, so he texted me and said we would finish the interview later. We scheduled another time, I made sure my schedule was clear, but he no-showed. This happened two more times. I then emailed the recruiter and asked to be withdrawn from consideration.

It was long and drawn out but well worth it. It was obvious from day one that they cared about their culture and how a new employee would fit into their org. The CEO was concerned about many things because the thing he never wants to do again is fire someone.
