First, I chatted with a recruiter over the phone. They then set up some in-person interviews at their office. I met with 3-4 product managers who talked about their team's situation and what they needed. Lastly, I met with the VP Marketing, who is the hiring manager. It seemed like a pretty relaxed culture. The current PM team is pretty new and admitted they could use more structure, guidance, and mentorship on best practices. However, the VP Marketing came across as a bit arrogant, and I got the feeling he might not actually believe that about his team.

I applied online and then had a phone screen with HR. After that, I had a follow-up interview with a Sr. Product Manager. The HR person was really helpful in talking about the company culture and what the job entails. The interview with the Sr. Product Manager was 30 minutes and it went by really fast. Having previous enterprise experience is a must for this role.
