Had an initial call with HR for 15 mins on March 31st. She was super nice and easy to chat with. They're looking to hire quickly and decide within 3 weeks. HR said she'd loop back on next steps by Tuesday, April 6th, if they wanted to move forward. I've followed up twice already, and today's April 13th, still no word. The plan was: a 30-min call with the hiring manager, then a chat with 1-3 colleagues, and finally a panel interview.

Behavioral Presentation

HR was super quick scheduling interviews. They did a fantastic job coordinating everything and setting up my travel. The whole process involved meeting with HR, having two video interviews, and then five onsite interviews. It finished with me presenting to the leadership team. I really liked everyone I met and felt the culture was a great fit. It was cool that about 4-5 people I passed at the front desk wished me luck. Overall, a really positive experience!

I had three interviews. First, a phone interview. Then, an in-person interview with a recruiter. After that, two back-to-back interviews with people from the department. They were quick to respond. In the first two interviews, the interviewer told me I was moving on. For the last one with two people, I didn't get any follow-up and they decided not to hire me.
