First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Workfront.
Enterprise Account Executive
Had a bunch of interviews with the recruiter, sales team folks, someone who does sales training, a peer manager, and the main hiring manager. The weirdest part was a peer of the hiring manager, who'd only been there a few months, told me things were changing and it wasn't what he expected. He even said I should look at all my options before thinking about Workfront.
- The actual questions weren't the focus, but I was interviewed by the person responsible for training the entire sales team.
Account Executive
Started with a quick 30-minute chat with the Recruiter, then moved on to the Hiring Manager for about an hour, and finally a one-hour video call with the VP Sales. After the VP call, I was told I seemed like a good fit, but then heard nothing. I had to reach out to the Recruiter myself, and they were pretty unprofessional and didn't give much feedback. Honestly, the company's process felt less transparent and professional than they claim.
- Can you discuss your familiarity with various sales processes, particularly MEDDPICC?
Account Executive
Standard multi stage interviews for a sales role. Involved roleplay and background/information checks. Generally polite and professional. There were 4 interactions in total, with two in-person meetings. The office is nice, located in Lehi, Utah, close to other tech companies.
- Can you tell me about your sales experience and your previous targets?
- What were your sales targets in your past roles?
