Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WorkForce Software.
Functional Consultant
Screening happened first, then I interviewed with Directors and then Managers for the final call. They told me I'd get a phone call about their decision. A week after that, I followed up and was told I'd hear more after interviews happening the next week. A week after that, I followed up again. No response. It was disappointing not to hear back in the end.
- What makes you the best candidate for this position?
Consultant
The interview process was quick and the people were nice. It seemed like they had a bit of a churn and burn approach for their integration consultants. The services team seemed very welcoming and easy to work with, though some individuals who interviewed me didn't seem entirely genuine in their praise of the company.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
Consultant
The interview experience was great, interactive, focused, and engaging. The interview process is simple and fast. First was a phone screening, then an interview with the hiring manager, and then a final interview, followed by the offer.
- Tell me about a time you demonstrated X skill related to the job description.
- Can you explain your approach to solving Y problem relevant to this role?
