It was a challenging interview, and although it was well-organized, the whole process spanned about three months. I spoke with five different people. Setting up the interviews was straightforward and they responded quickly, but because I had to coordinate with so many different individuals, it ended up taking quite a while.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

This was a very frustrating and unprofessional interview process with their Dublin team. The hiring process is broken and needs fixing. Interviewers made assumptions and had concerns about me before speaking with me. Most didn't take the time to read my resume correctly. It was bizarre to have staff with less experience than me in the specific field interview me; I thought they felt threatened. Why schedule 6 interviews at once and go through the whole process only to be told someone had doubts? If someone has doubts after the first or second call, the process shouldn't continue. I was left waiting weeks for responses and feedback. It's beyond me how this company has won awards. This was the worst interview experience dealing with unprofessional interviewers. I don't recommend this company. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine what it's like to work there. AVOID!!

Behavioral Presentation

Applied via Workday's career portal and within a week, a recruiter reached out for an initial chat, which went well. Next, I spoke with the hiring manager via phone, and that also went smoothly. A few weeks later, I was invited for an in-person interview day in Pleasanton. I handled my own travel arrangements, with reimbursement promised. The in-person day involved speaking with several staff members, seemingly to assess cultural fit. While enjoyable, no salary range was discussed, prompting me to ask about it during the interview. I was surprised by the low figure offered. About a week after sending thank-you notes, the recruiter requested a Skype presentation to three Workday employees, with very little notice and only one time option. Unfortunately, this conflicted with my schedule due to interviewing with another company, and despite proposing alternatives, my request for flexibility was denied.
