The interview process was pretty straightforward. I was able to pick a convenient time for my interview. The interview itself was quite basic, mainly discussing my CV. I heard back about the offer about a week later.

I took a technical test that was pretty easy and seemed like a way to filter out people who weren't serious. After about a week, they got back to me to schedule a 30-minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager. I felt like the Zoom interview went really well, and we got along. The hiring manager went over the job description and what the summer would be like for interns, talking about things like getting a housing stipend and taking a certification exam. Then, they asked me a few questions, and I got to ask my own questions at the end. I felt pretty confident about it and was told I'd hear back by the end of that week or the next. After three weeks with no word, I followed up with the recruiter, but never heard back. A week later, I had another job offer, so I reached out to the hiring manager to say I was very interested in Workday. Another week went by, and I got an automated email saying I didn't get the job. I was bummed about not hearing from the recruiter directly, but maybe she was put off by my follow-ups. In the end, I think it worked out because I probably wouldn't have loved that job anyway. I just wish I'd gotten a more personal response though.
