It was a long journey that took 4 months and included 5 interviews, one of which was a panel interview. The people were really great, but the talent acquisition team's coordination between interviews was really bad, especially near the end. I had to chase them for feedback, particularly after the panel when it was just me and one other person left.

The interview process is not ideal in its selection of sales profiles. A point of pain is inclusive recruitment and selecting clones from the same sector. It's a very beautiful company with a highly differentiating offer and high-value proposition. You want to work for Workday from the start. The people are nice and benevolent. However, be aware of the expected level of demand - it's 'Everest' level. The process includes 4 video interviews (Zoom), including a final client business case presentation to a panel of 5 people. Unless you have 200-300 years of experience in IT/HCM/ERP, don't bother. The recommended solution is for Workday to open its sales positions to more varied quality profiles. Workday is perhaps the most attractive group in its market, but the company is too timid and lacks audacity to recruit profiles not from the 'in-crowd'. Next step: I might as well apply to be a fighter pilot on an aircraft carrier, I'll probably have a better chance of being recruited.

We had a few meetings, and I had to do a presentation for Sales management. It started with a phone interview, which was pretty easy since there aren't many good candidates out there. Then there was an in-person meeting, followed by a presentation, and then a final Skype meeting with senior sales leadership.
