I went to their office in Irvine, CA and interviewed with four recruiters. They asked a lot of questions, some related to the job and some not, like where else I've applied and what stage I'm at in those other interviews. One recruiter was assigned to me and called daily, sometimes twice, to check on my other interviews, the companies I applied to, their salary offers, and who my contacts were. She then set up an interview with a company for me. After the interview, she just disappeared. I tried calling and emailing, but got no response. She just vanished! It was really unprofessional and rude, and I never got any feedback. Interestingly, within two weeks, I got two offers with much higher salaries than Workbridge was going to set up for me. I suggest avoiding recruiter companies and applying directly if you want a better salary. They only benefit if they place you; otherwise, they'll ignore and abandon you.

A recruiter I've worked with before on other job leads asked me to tell them my DOB and the last 4 digits of my SSN over the phone in order to apply for a Contract to Hire role at a company in the Greater Boston Area. It was also after spending 5 minutes denigrating me into settling for a contract to hire role when I have a number of more promising full time leads I'm pursuing.

I had a phone interview, which lasted about 30 minutes, and then I was invited to their office for more informal discussions with the team. This was after a previous application where they didn't follow up. During the office visit, I met three people and we talked informally about my past work experience. Following that, their manager contacted me to arrange an interview for company xyz. I spoke with the HR manager at xyz, and that conversation went well. Subsequently, the manager from workbridge called to schedule the second round of interviews.
