Had several interview rounds. The questions were repeated by different interviewers, and I felt like I was being talked down to. I decided not to pursue the job even though I had a strong MVP. I spoke with the HR and TA team, and some people familiar with Workato. It seems like candidates go through a tough process, and they haven't improved the speed or decision-making at all.

It was a great interview process! They've asked the right questions that is very applicable to the position they're looking for. Most questions were situational which gave me a really good opportunity to deliver answers based on my experiences.

Presentation

The company expects you to make a power point presentation for a Recruiter Job. I have interviewed and worked with one of the top 10 companies of the globe, however there was no power point presentation in their interview as well. Surprisingly you are asked to sell the company to the HR without any information being shared about the company by the business or HR. I wish the Recruiter would have a courtesy to update a candidate about the outcome of the interview. And a lot of emphasis was given to candidate experience during the interview But the company itself has a long way to go in terms of candidate experience. Overall a bad experience !!
