Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Workato.

Little things could make the candidate experience way better. Like, the difference between okay and awesome is how they handle rejections – even just a templated email. It's in the company's best interest to keep its rep good. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from applying, just sharing how TA and Hiring Managers can boost or keep the hiring brand strong.
