So the interview process had 4 parts. First, a 45-minute phone call with HR where they described the company. Second, a psychometric test. Third, a take-home assignment involving a Python project, SQL queries, and log file analysis. Fourth, a 45-minute chat with a senior developer who explained the tasks from the take-home assignment in more detail.

The whole process felt like it dragged on forever, taking more than a month. HR called first, then there was an assessment, followed by an assignment, and then a technical interview. After that, there was supposed to be an executive interview, but I bowed out after the technical one, even though I felt I did okay on the assignment, despite some personal anxiety. So yeah, plan for at least 1.5 months from start to finish. It wasn't all bad, but a big negative was how long they took to send the rejection email, over a week after they said they would. That felt like a bad sign, especially since I was waiting on other offers.

There was confusion regarding the specific field and technologies, suggesting a lack of clarity from the interviewers. The company also offered low salaries for the requested qualifications. After completing all interviews, an automated email was sent without a clear explanation for the rejection, and no feedback was provided despite a request. The overall experience was negative, and it's advised to avoid this company due to better alternatives available.
