Sales Representative
This is a long process. It includes self-video interviews which don't add much. You'll likely wait a long time to hear back. I wouldn't recommend this if you want to know about the job early on.
- Respond to some prepared questions using video.
Sales
The interview process was disappointing. For a company that offers hiring software and claims to teach others how to hire, their performance was poor. They showed little respect for candidates, were too demanding, and had a very fast-paced hiring process for any job. Even after successfully qualifying and passing the hiring process, if not chosen, don't expect feedback or consideration. I was expecting something different from a company with such a good reputation.
- What motivates you to pursue a career in sales?
Sales
It was a really quick process, all online, with multiple interviews with the managers from each department. Overall, I thought it was a great experience. Everything went well and everyone involved was ready and knew what had happened in the previous interviews.
- What are your qualifications and how do they align with our sales department needs?
- Can you describe your experience with different sales methodologies?
- How do you approach building and maintaining client relationships?
