SDR Manager
The interview process had too many stages and was not humane. It felt like they treated me like a robot. There was no flexibility, and they asked irrelevant questions. I would not recommend them. They asked for my expected salary and then low-balled me with the minimum base salary.
- What salary do you expect to make?
Sales Development Representative
Submitted an online application. Then had a phone screening, which I think was easy, you just have to know some info about the company. After that, there was a General Aptitude Test covering Numerical, Verbal, Analogical, and Non-Verbal Reasoning (similar to IQ tests). Most of the questions were easy, but some were tricky. Although the test let you skip questions and go back, I don't recommend it because it seemed time-consuming. Then there was a Role Playing stage where I was supposed to be guided by a brief, learn about pricing, and not be anxious. I didn't proceed to the next stage or further.
- What information do you have regarding our company?
Sales Development Representative
It was a nice process, a bit too long for a junior role though. We had a video screening, some soft skill assessments, an HR screen, then a case study which was the most important part to check my english fluency and how I'd approach cold calling and talking points for a specific customer profile. Lastly, there was a VP interview before the offer.
- What makes you a good candidate for this position?
- Can you explain how your past experience relates to Workable and pre-sales?
- What are your salary expectations?
