The hiring process was pretty straightforward. They set up my 3 interviews in a timely manner. The main problem was the communication after the interviews. While I understand not getting the job, I had to follow up twice after waiting several weeks to find out I wasn't selected. It felt unprofessional and like HR didn't care. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a common issue, as is high employee turnover. I'd suggest looking at other companies.

I applied online and after about a week, a recruiter from the Greece office got in touch via email to schedule a 30-minute phone call. This call was to go over my background and explain the role. During the call, I learned the company had recently undergone an operations change, shifting the role from Customer Success Manager within Sales to Account Manager within Operations, and they wanted to confirm I was okay with this change. At the end of the call, they mentioned the next steps would involve a visit to the Boston office. There, I'd check in with the receptionist, complete a GAT assessment, and then have two 30-minute face-to-face interviews back-to-back with a member of the CSM/AM team and then the VP of Customer Success/Account Management. The assessment was a bit unusual compared to others I've taken, challenging in parts I hadn't used since high school. I had 30 minutes for it, and it seemed designed to see how I process and answer questions. After the interviews, I was surprisingly sent an email with the assessment and my answers, which was a nice touch. Reviewing it, I realized I hadn't performed as well as I'd hoped, partly because I rushed it without a timer. The in-person interviews were very relaxed, and I felt comfortable with both interviewers. They both spent time explaining the role, daily tasks, and the future direction of the role and company. I also had a chance to ask my prepared questions and was happy with the responses. The VP of Customer Success/Account Management walked me out after we finished. I got a thank-you email from the receptionist who checked me in when I got home. Unfortunately, about a week later, I was informed I wasn't selected for an offer, but overall, it was a positive experience.

The process dragged on for a few weeks, which was disappointing. I put a lot of effort into preparing for several stages, but received zero feedback after the final interview. I had to chase them multiple times for a response, and even then, they didn't give me any feedback when I asked for it. They mentioned they "should run a solid recruitment process" given their product, but I felt let down as a candidate at the end. The stages were: 1. Phone interview 2. GAT assessment 3. Interview with AM 4. Interview with Head of Customer Success.
