I heard back about 18 days after applying and got an interview. The interviewer didn't talk much about my resume, mostly focusing on company culture and the current situation, and expected me to show my dedication and experience. When I asked about a typical work week, he spent minutes talking about a project out of state.

The interview process started in Indianapolis with a meeting with the Service Line Director and a project manager. Next, I traveled to Columbus for an interview with my direct supervisor. The interview included mostly behavioral questions, but my supervisor asked a couple of technical ones too. We also had a casual lunch conversation.

Behavioral Technical

It was a very informal and friendly chat with management, who seemed eager to hire someone quickly. It felt more like a relaxed conversation than a stressful interrogation, which was nice given how nervous one usually is during interviews.

  • Do you believe you'd be a good cultural fit for the team?
