First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Woodward.
Intern
I got contacted after a career fair. The person who had invited me for an interview had to leave for a work call, so someone else conducted the interview. This interviewer seemed disengaged and in a hurry to finish, as they were eating during the conversation and seemed focused on wrapping up for the day. I was told I'd hear back about the outcome, but I never did.
- Can you describe a situation where a team member wasn't contributing their fair share, and how you handled it?
Intern
The interview process was really straightforward and not challenging at all. I had a good conversation with the interviewer, and it wasn't a high-pressure situation. Answering questions on the spot wasn't difficult.
- Tell me about your favorite subject in school currently.
Intern
Had one video interview with my potential manager. It was a behavioral interview where they asked me about my resume. It wasn't very technical, mostly behavioral questions.
- Can you share an instance where you made an error?
