Interviewed by separate groups. Started with a phone interview, then I had to submit my resume. It was pretty standard stuff, questions about my resume, my interests, why I'm looking for a new job, etc. After that, I had an on-site interview. This was also relatively standard, just more in-depth. I don't recall any tests, though they do use them for certain roles like designers to assess knowledge of GD&T and their CAD program. The on-site interview was split into three sections, and I'd characterize all of them as low-pressure, as long as you know the answers to the standard interview questions. The first interview was with the hiring manager and program manager, discussing the project I'd be hired for. The second was with peer engineers. The third was with HR. HR and the hiring manager followed up within a week. It took about a week to accept/negotiate, and I started a couple of weeks after that, giving my two-week notice to my previous company.

It started with a standard phone screen where we walked through my resume. The interview consisted of behavioral questions like 'tell me about a time you did X, Y etc.' and then some technical questions like 'have you ever done this task?'. After that, we discussed my work-life balance expectations and my interest in Woodward.
