I interviewed for a contract position in the tech team. It wasn't a technical role, and there were three interview rounds. They asked questions about my previous experiences and some hypothetical situations. The interviewers were nice and kept it conversational.

So first there was an online aptitude test, like testing your math, general problem solving skills, reasoning, and pattern recognition. Then there was an online webcam interview where I had to answer some set questions. After that, I had an in-person interview at Woodside with two senior engineers. We went over some reasoning and logic questions, and also talked about other things related to working with Woodside.

Super smooth application process, it really moves fast after the due date! It includes an online psychometric (not hard and kinda fun!), a standard online pre-recorded interview, a 40 minute F2F interview (covering behavioural, situational and technical stuff), and then due diligence (like a health checkup etc).

The interview process involved some weird psychometric testing using games with Pymetrics. The goal was to figure out personality traits in a way that's supposed to be unbiased, but honestly, the games were so abstract they barely related to the job, only very loosely to the skills needed. Even though I got good feedback, Woodside apparently didn't like how I did.
