It was a quick meeting that felt a bit disorganized and put together last minute. The language used felt very corporate. I didn't get a strong feel for the company culture or if it was a welcoming place. They told me I'd have to do an online Revit test next.

I applied online and heard back within a few days for an interview at the London studio. After a chat with recruitment, I went to the office and met with two senior staff members. I presented my portfolio and discussed my software experience, and they said my background fit what they were looking for. However, I haven't heard anything since, even after emailing them a week later. It's pretty unprofessional not to respond or acknowledge my email after an in-person interview, especially since most places give an answer either way at this stage. It makes you question what it's like to work there if this is how they communicate.

It was a good interview process. They were interested in learning about my professional background and my plans for future growth. The atmosphere was relaxed, and they were attentive listeners. The interview lasted about an hour, even though it was initially scheduled for 45 minutes.
