The interview process was pretty misleading about what the job actually is. I interviewed for the Spa Concierge role, but the offer email called it Spa Attendant. They said the roles were the same, but they're definitely different during orientation. They can't seem to keep people in the position because folks say it's more than they expected, and orientation doesn't give much info. They were nice during the interview, but the staff doesn't seem very friendly or welcoming. Honestly, the interview really sugarcoats what the job and work environment are really like.

The owner Elvis was very unprofessional and aggressive during the interview process. The meeting was held over Google Meets, it was supposed to run from 12:30pm-1pm. The interview barely crested 15 minutes because the owner refused to ask me any questions or get to know me, I had to prompt him to ask me questions and it was like pulling teeth. I was asked maybe 3 questions during the interview process and I was cut off numerous times during my answers. When it was my turn to ask questions, one of the questions I asked was "Why do you like working here?" To which the owner scoffed, visibly rolled his eyes and responded with "Well, I own the business". Okay...? That still doesn't answer my question. If you cannot demonstrate why you find enjoyment/fulfillment in this job as the owner, why should I feel comfortable working for you? It seems that many employers forget interviews are a two way street. Very unprofessional. It's really no wonder why there's a revolving door of employees, I wouldn't want to work here. If anything good came of this experience, I'm at least thankful that I found out how toxic the work culture was now as opposed to six months or a year into employment.

The interview process was quite lengthy and involved a significant wait time before meeting with the manager. The entire interview lasted over two hours. It was made very clear that the working hours are inflexible. The role is very sales-driven and requires a lot of standing.

- Tell me about your experience.
- Can you explain any gaps in your employment history?
