The interview was mostly technical questions and questions about my CV. They asked questions about the specific tasks I would be doing in the organization. I had to explain everything on my CV. They asked me for a general overview of myself, and then they started asking technical questions related to my CV and the job description.

Mustang looks for candidates that are eager to learn, can communicate well, and are interested in the oil and gas industry. The interview process felt like a casual conversation, so try not to be anxious if you have an interview with them.

Got an interview through an employee referral with 2 mechanical engineering managers. I talked with other engineers at the company through my contact and liked it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The culture was relaxed, but people worked hard. The interview was with both managers at once. I was relaxed the whole time. They were personable and joked with me sometimes. Multiple times they rambled about different topics. They didn't have a position available at the time, or I think I would've gotten an offer.
