I was first contacted for a face to face interview, but since that wasn't possible for me, a telephone interview was organised with my hiring manager. This manager later became my Line manager. After the interview, HR contacted me with a salary offer. Getting a work permit took a while but I was successful and started work. I was put on a 6-month probation, which I passed, and have been in the company since then.

It was just a phone interview. They asked about my qualifications and experience. It was short and to the point. I got the job and started working in two weeks. Nothing more to say about this interview, but that it was easy, quick, and to the point. The interviewer looked at my resume and found that I had the experience. The experience went well.

The interviewers were really nice and friendly. Instead of asking many questions, they wanted me to ask the questions. I was told I got the job at the end and to wait for more info. After 6 weeks of staying in touch and hearing the same thing, I got an email saying no offer would be given. The email didn't even have my name or the company's name in it. Super unprofessional, which was surprising given the interview itself.
