You apply for the job, and the recruiter goes through applications to pick candidates. She discusses with the manager, and then a phone interview happens. They check communication, knowledge, experience, travel availability, and competencies. If the recruiter is happy, you'll have a 1-on-1 with the manager. If that goes well, an offer is made. After accepting, it takes about a month to start, during which you do medical exams, fit tests, drug tests, and background checks.

Recruiter first reached out and reviewed my CV. Then had a 45-minute phone interview which was a mix of technical, situational, and behavioural questions. It was pretty informal, and I was asked for examples and explanations, and about my salary expectations. I had plenty of time to ask questions. A week later, I had a face-to-face interview with HR and the manager. Again, it was a mix of technical, situational, and behavioural questions. They fully explained the job role and talked about career progression and education opportunities. I was given a tour of the facility and met some key people. The interviewers seemed really keen and interested in me. They looked through my CV and asked for specific details about my past work. My first impression of the office was good; everyone seemed friendly and genuinely interested in what I could bring to the team.

First round was a phone interview, then I got selected for a 1-on-1 interview, but had to go through 2 to 3 people before they made a decision. The bigger the company, the longer the wait, but it was worth it. The company is great and the boss is really nice. Just be professional and always try your best and exceed expectations.
