The interview process was really smooth and efficient, not like those typical interviews where you have to talk to a ton of people. I got to talk to the key people on the team, and it gave me a great sense of the talent there.

Behavioral Other

I had a recruiter screening first where they asked about my experience and PM practices. Then, I got an assignment. After submitting it, a Snr. director liked my work and wanted to move forward. Next, another recruiter contacted me to review my past experience. This recruiter was condescending and acted like she was the PM, starting with 'you don't have this specific experience'. She then asked for details about all the other companies I'm interviewing with, including their names, size, my progress, and status. She asked things like, 'oh, so all big companies, will you take that offer, do you have that offer?' She went into super fine detail. She also asked about my previous salary, bonus, and bonus percentage. After this, they said they were looking for someone with more experience, which was weird since they wanted to move ahead after the assignment. It's a huge commitment to do assignments, and getting the go-ahead meant I was worth it. It's a shame because I had already decided to stop the process after that recruiter call, regardless of their decision. I would never want to work for such a nosy place. Whom I interview with, what offers I have, and who I decide to go with is up to me, not to share with you.

Technical Presentation

It was a month-long process with four interviews. I really enjoyed the product management homework, which involved creating a feature mockup, its use cases, and a sequence diagram. The final stage was a three-hour on-site interview. Scheduling was super flexible, and the recruiter was great about staying in touch and answering my questions.
