CRM Specialist
The interview process lasted about a month and consisted of about 4 to 5 steps. It started with an initial call with the recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Then there was an interview with the head of the department. After that, I had to complete an assignment, which was then reviewed in an interview with both the direct manager and the department head. The process concluded with a final interview with a senior person from another team to check for culture fit.

CRM Specialist
The first step was a recorded video interview where I had to film my answers. It wasn't too difficult. The second step involved an interview with the Head of CRM and another CRM Manager. It was quite awkward because the CRM Manager had trouble speaking English, making it hard to understand him. They asked a lot of analytical questions about statistical significance and about work that wasn't clearly outlined in the job posting. I was surprised by the analytical focus, as I didn't expect it, and I didn't get the job. It seems they've relisted the same position with updated experience requirements, now asking for 4 years for a CRM Manager role, which is excessive. They should have clarified their needs before wasting everyone's time.
- Can you describe an A/B test you've conducted and explain how you assessed its statistical significance?
Specialist
The interview process was quite lengthy. It began with an initial chat with HR, followed by a meeting with the Hiring Manager. Next, there was a case study to complete, and the final stage was a presentation. Competition was intense in my situation, and unfortunately, I was not successful in the last round. My overall impression is acceptable; it consumed a lot of time and energy, but the people involved were pleasant.
- Can you share details about your professional background?
- What drives your interest in this position?
- How does your past work align with the requirements of this job?
