Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wolt.
Sales Representative
It was a pretty simple interview process. Honestly, it didn't really feel like an interview. The interviewers were super nice and I felt comfortable asking them questions. There was some confusion because of the acquisition happening with Doordash, though.
- What made you decide to join this company?
Sales Lead
I was contacted initially. The job seemed decent, and Wolt is an interesting company. It wasn't the right fit for me, so we decided not to move forward. It could have been a good growth opportunity, but I wasn't seeking this type of role.
- What are your salary expectations, and what is its structure?
- Is the salary base only?
Sales Leader
The interview process involved a 30-minute recruiter chat, followed by a 1-hour session with the hiring manager, and concluding with a 1-hour panel presentation. There were some issues with changing recruiters and communication wasn't always clear. However, the interviews themselves were good experiences. During the panel presentation stage, expect to be challenged quite a bit.
- Can you share some of your previous experiences?
- What is your strategy for approaching the market, and why do you think it would be effective?
