The hiring process was quick. After I responded positively to an initial contact from Wolt, the recruiter set up a video call for the next week. It was a relaxed chat about my background and details about the company and the role. I mentioned my salary expectations, and they said it was a bit high, but they'd check if it was feasible before moving on. The very next day, I was scheduled for three more interviews, all happening the day after. I didn't get a clear yes or no on salary, but since they scheduled more interviews, I figured it was fine. I spoke with six TA leads in total. They asked about my experience, how I work, D&I, and my analytical skills, even giving me a small live task for that. They said a decision would come soon, by the end of that week. I only heard back on Monday via a generic email that they chose other candidates with more relevant experience. It was disappointing, especially as a TA Partner with years of experience. At a minimum, candidates deserve feedback, especially after investing significant time and adjusting their schedules. It's the least we can do to explain why they weren't selected, given how well we get to know them. I didn't get feedback even when I asked for it after the rejection. So, Wolt's TA team, please be more thoughtful with candidates, especially when you reach out first. Good feedback makes a big difference in candidate experience and your employer brand.

Applied through an internal referral and the experience was great until the interview. The first call felt more like an interrogation than an interview. It was a rapid-fire Q&A without time for discussion or detailed answers. The recruiter seemed rushed and uninterested, skipping introductions and focusing solely on KPIs and numbers instead of company values or my experience. The interview made me feel undervalued, as if I were a burden. It appears the company prioritizes numbers over values. The recruiter promised a follow-up in a few days, but I decided to withdraw from the process before then, as I wouldn't want to work for a company that treats candidates poorly.

Super friendly and structured interview process. The first call was great, felt like a good chemistry check, and they were upfront about the salary range. Email exchanges were quick and efficient. The whole thing moved really fast.
