This was my best interview experience ever, leading to an offer acceptance. The company was super respectful and open, treating the interview like a two-way street. They asked questions to understand my thinking, not to trip me up. The interview structure is like Meta's, with lots of behavioral questions. They also sent a lot of prep materials, so I knew what to expect. Scheduling and feedback were fast. Even though it was thorough, the process felt efficient. Their offers are strong and reflect my experience, with no lowballing. They even reviewed the offer with me to answer all my questions. In the tech world, where companies often down-level candidates, this company showed great integrity. Their 'Heart' cultural value was evident in how they treated me, and it showed in the hiring process. It was a really positive experience, and I accepted the offer.

I was in talks for 3 weeks for the Product Manager role and was rejected just before a deal was made. The first 2 weeks involved meetings with HR and the department manager. I got positive feedback from them, and the last part of the process involved using real data to prepare a technical file and a production timetable for all seasons. I felt it was unethical, but the main issue wasn't that. My first confusion was why I had to share all my Excel working files after sending assessments in PDF format if they were going to reject me. My second confusion was that the day before our final chat, they told me they had already hired someone from WOLT with more experience. So, why wait until the last day to tell me? All of this made me feel a bit used.

The interview process included an HR call, a hiring manager call, a Product Design interview, an Estimation interview, and a Product Strategy panel with three people from Product, Tech, and Ops. I didn't make it to the final stage, which was supposed to be a special interview for the logistics role. The team seemed very professional and I'd love to work there. The rejection was understandable because I made some big mistakes in the Product Strategy interview. The recruiter contacted me afterwards to give feedback.
