We started with an HR chat, then a talk with the Hiring Manager (my future boss). After that, I had an interview with the Director. Next up was an assignment that I got 2 weeks to prepare for, followed by a 90-minute presentation of it. Then there was a Bar Raiser interview with some Wolt colleagues who aren't in my future team. Finally, I got the offer.

The process went smoothly and was handled well. It consisted of a regular interview, a case-interview, and an interview with a person in the position. All in all, a positive experience. The only negative was that while communication was smooth initially and I was kept up-to-date, the last step took two weeks to hear that I did not get the job.

The interviewer was really condescending and didn't even seem to know what role he was interviewing me for. He kept insisting the job was for an "office admin/assistant" and didn't believe me when I told him the ad was for "office manager." I had to actually show him the ad myself before he'd believe it.
