The interview process was smooth and professional. It started with an online application, and I got an email from a recruiter after a few days. The first part was a quick phone screening where they asked about my background, when I could work, and if I was interested in Wolt. After that, I was invited to a group interview on Zoom. It involved a short company intro, a presentation from the interviewer, and some practical group exercises using real customer support situations. It was interactive and well-organized, and I liked that they looked at teamwork and individual answers.

Behavioral Group Case

So, first there was this game with a wheel of questions, which was kinda new but helped ease the tension. Then, we had a group task where we brainstormed 10 key traits for a support role. After that, we did another group activity, but this one was in Polish. It involved a simulated delivery crisis – a broken courier bike and a separate order problem – and we had to figure out how to tackle it. The whole thing was way less stressful than I thought, and the interviewers were really nice and supportive.

Technical Case Other

So, 2 days after I sent my resume, they got back to me with a link to do some technical questions. The first part was all about stuff like what working conditions I expected, my salary, and when I'm available. The second part had about 8 customer messages and I had to reply to them, making sure to match Wolt's CS vibe and how they talk. The last thing was translating a bit of Wolt's marketing pitch or mission statement. The recruiter said it'd be about 30 mins, but honestly, it took me more like an hour to an hour and a half to finish it all.
