Behavioral Presentation

It was a nice and pleasant process. They got back to me even earlier than the timeframe given. There were 3 rounds of interviews plus a task. The first interview was an HR screening. The second and third were with the management on my team. I had to present my solution, and it was more of a dialogue.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

I applied for Wolt because I believe I share the same values as the company and the role matched my previous experience. The interview process had 3 interviews plus an assignment task. The first two interviews were with H&R (to find out my motivation and experience) and a potential manager (who asked more "what would you" and "how would you" questions). After that, I received an assignment task which was quite extensive but I had a week to complete it. When they reviewed it and were ready to move forward, the 3rd interview was scheduled with the Potential Manager, Regional Team Lead, and Regional Director. I was told to prepare for it as a discussion, not a monologue, and that my questions would be appreciated. However, the call started with "we are excited to see what you have prepared and will present today", so it turned into a full monologue where I presented all 12 assignment topics and they added additional analytical questions. My prepared questions were cut short with "we can not share a lot, it's a competitive business" phrases. There were no other questions, feedback, or input from their side. It all felt very different from the company's stated values and what they say is most important for the role. When I asked what they were looking for, they said "first, its the person - real human being", but the interview process felt like I was "on the carpet". It could have been miscommunication or part of the test to present one thing but roll out another.

I interviewed for an Account Manager role at Wolt at Work. The whole thing took about 6 weeks. I've never seen such a unprofessional hiring process. First, the HR person canceled my interview last minute, and didn't even apologize, she was laughing about it. Then, she ghosted my messages and emails about the hiring process and all the delays. The company kept delaying everything; I got the job offer a week later than promised. The salary they first mentioned was 5K more than the actual offer. When I tried to negotiate the offer because it was lower than discussed, they just pulled the offer after 1.5 months. Guess they found someone cheaper.
