Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wolf Greenfield.
Paralegal
The interview process was good. It started with a call with an HR recruiter. Then, I had a virtual interview with the paralegal site director, followed by the regional paralegal director. They were very kind and asked typical and behavioral questions, plus some technical ones like 'what is a patent?' for the patent paralegal role. Overall, the interviewers were really nice and friendly!
- Can you describe a situation where you had multiple deadlines and explain how you managed them?
- Could you define what a patent is?
Paralegal
I talked to a few people I'd be working with. They each asked me questions, mostly about my past experiences and what was on my resume. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. After that, I had a simple test with tasks like filing, typing, and proofreading.
- Could you tell me about your previous experiences?
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
- How would you handle basic filing?
Paralegal
I had a phone screen, and then I had a video interview with 2 paralegal managers. One of them would have been my direct supervisor for my specific group, and the other one was the manager of paralegal managers, also known as the district paralegal manager.
- What is a patent?
