So, the interview process was a bit strange. The interviewer seemed unprepared and unsure of what to ask. It felt like the job description that the hiring manager posted was off, and didn't really match what the company is actually looking for in terms of skills.

I applied online and got a call for a phone screen. It was the second time talking to a recruiter from this firm, as they'd passed on me before. The recruiter asked really basic questions, so it was pretty easy. But, I felt like she zoned out halfway through. I tried to keep the conversation going because I had a lot of questions and was actually interested in working there. For a lot of my questions, she either didn't know the answer or what she said contradicted the firm's website. I was really interested in their work and was bummed when they passed on me again. On the bright side, it was a good lesson in how to tell if a firm is interested in you, and I ended up getting offers from seven of their top competitors.

The interview process included IT questions. The recruiter mentioned feedback about resume items I knew little about. I mentioned I only put things on my resume I can discuss and if I don't know something, I say so but I am eager to learn. I was also told I was 15-20 mins late, which is not true. I was a few minutes late because the parking lot I planned to use was full, so I had to drive into Boston and pay for parking. I didn't realize going into the building involved airport-style security checks (removing belt, watch, wallet, etc.). The panel was supposed to be 3 people but was only 1. I feel this might be because they decided against me before the interview even started. If so, they shouldn't have proceeded. I would not want to work here because they don't listen to employees (didn't ask why I was late) and they don't know the salary range for the role, trying to underpay. Good luck to the next candidate.
