Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WNS.
Customer Service Representative
Initially they took many rounds. 1. Screening 2. Aptitude test with 50 questions, needing a score of 20. 3. Typing test. 4. Amcat test. 5. Essay and chat. 6. Operational round. After passing all these rounds, they also have to pass one additional round which is VNA. You were rejected after passing all the rounds for just one round, for VNA. Then why are we going through this whole process? If you finally reject that candidate then please request to reject that candidate in the first or second round. Because it is beneficial for the company's time as well as the candidate's time. Please don't do that.. Every job seeker hopes that at least they will get a chance that's why they passed all the assessments. If you don't want that candidate then please give a clear feedback. Don't waste time and don't play with the candidates' emotions.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- Could you tell me about your previous experience?
- What is the meaning of KPI?
Customer Care Manager
The hiring process was pretty good. There was a telephonic interview that focused on your spontaneity, which they also look for in person. They assessed my confidence, communication skills, and if I had the expertise needed for the job.
- What makes you want to join WNS?
Customer Service Representative
The process is really smooth, first interview will be taken by the senior manager, then a V&A round, then the Group Manager, and that's how you are selected. There are no versant rounds for many processes, like mine was Kiwi.com.
- Could you tell me what your name means?
