Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WNS.
Consultant
The interview process was pretty smooth and organized. The final interview with the manager was a bit off-putting due to a condescending tone, but the earlier chats with the team were good and engaging. I got to show off my skills and experience. Hoping for a good outcome and maybe working together down the line.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- What is your understanding of the company's background?
Consultant
The process starts after CRF approval and budget allocation. We screen suitable candidates based on stability, attitude, skills, competencies, and role fitment.
- On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate yourself on your key competency?
Travel Consultant
First was the HR round, then the 2nd assessment (AMCAT), whose result they have told me within 10 minutes, and then on the same day in the evening they shared a link for a Zoom meeting for the operational round. It was time-consuming as they were taking the interviews one by one, so one has to wait in the meeting room for their turn to come.
- Can you tell me about yourself and walk me through your resume?
- What is BPO?
- Why are you interested in customer service?
