It was a campus placement drive and the interview process was quite bad. They asked everything except about the role itself and the skills needed for it. I think it really depends on the interviewer, but mine was a very negative experience.

We had an in-person interview first, and then a second interview that was more in-depth, possibly even a technical interview. The second interview is to figure out if candidates are serious contenders and to narrow down the pool. Sometimes, it was more meetings with the same person, or a whole day meeting with different staff members, like managers and executives.
