Mortgage Specialist
I did a walk-in interview. On the first day itself, I had an HR round and a technical round. Within a week, I received an invitation for the final round interview. A week after that, I got an offer call. I sent my documents, but then the COVID lockdown started. They informed me the offer was still active and I'd get the offer letter after the lockdown ended. Then, there was no communication. After four months, I reached out, and they informed me that my offer was rescinded due to the pandemic.

Company Secretarial Assistant
I applied online through Linkedin and was then contacted by their Talent Acquisition Advisor to set up a first interview with the Assistant/Company Secretary. Initially, the TA advisor gave me very strict times, but I told them I was traveling 4 hours for the interview and needed different times. The first stage interview happened with the Assistant/Company Secretary, and it was generally okay, covering general competency questions and discussing my CV. The next day, the TA advisor called to give feedback and invite me to a second interview with the Global Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. I was told interviews would be either end of that week or early the next, and I provided my availability for that week and the following Monday. After sending my availability, there was no response to my email, so I called, and the advisor said they couldn't push the Assistant/Company Secretary on availability. I just wanted an update and to be kept in the loop. Around this time, I saw the role I applied for was reposted. I asked the TA advisor about this, reasoning that if I'm in the second stage, they shouldn't repost the role if I'm a potential choice. They brushed it off, saying it was just for recruitment and nothing to worry about. I almost cancelled the second interview but decided to go and give it my best. We eventually arranged the second interview with the Global Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. It was also okay, with competency questions and a discussion about my CV. I asked when I'd hear back, and they said the Legal Counsel wanted to decide quickly and I should expect news the following week (my interview was on a Monday). The next Monday, I still hadn't heard anything, so I waited until the end of the week and followed up the Monday after that (two weeks later). I called the TA advisor multiple times for an update with no success. Eventually, I spoke to them, and they said they were catching up with the Legal Counsel that afternoon and I should hear back later that day. Nothing happened that afternoon. The next day, I emailed the Assistant/Company Secretary for an update, and again, nothing. No acknowledgement of my email, and no update from the TA advisor after my call. I hadn't heard anything after over two weeks, even though I was told I'd hear back within a week. After many calls to the TA advisor and an email to the Assistant/Company Secretary with no response, I stopped chasing. If I got the job, I'd find out eventually! It's now seven weeks, and there's still no update. It's really disappointing that a GLOBAL company with a talent acquisition team acts so unprofessionally and without care for potential employees. After someone takes time and spends money traveling 4 hours each way, twice, for interviews, it's appalling that a company can't take even 30 seconds to call and update a candidate who has tried multiple times for an update. This says a lot about the company, and it's no surprise their Glassdoor rating is so low. Sometimes, things are blessings in disguise, and I believe this is one of them. As professionals, I really hope companies can do better in all aspects of work, from recruitment and interviews to the actual working environment. Williams Lea Tag, I hope you can do better and be better.

So, first I had a quick phone call with the Account manager at Williams Lea. Then, they sent me a skills test electronically, and I had 30 minutes to do it. If I did well on that, they invited me for a panel interview. This was at the onsite team's offices and it was with the head analyst and the team manager. It was a two-hour interview and included a video conference with the research analyst who is in New York.

Office Services Associate
It was a multilevel process. First an online interview, then email confirmation. Then a phone interview followed by email confirmation. After that, a video interview and then email confirmation. The face-to-face interview was fine. He did identify the commonality of out of towners job jumping to the next best thing. The interviewer's time was over extended.
- Can you tell me about your graphic work background, including the software you've used and your years of experience?
- Do you have any additional experience in the hospitality industry?
- The on-site interview focused on tasks like collecting mail hourly throughout the building.
