Customer Service Representative
We had 2 stages in the interview process. First was a Team Lead interview where we discussed my past experience and they introduced the company. The second stage was a Tech interview with a team representative, which included 2 questions that needed to be answered quickly in a chat format. Google and the Wix Help page were allowed for assistance.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What are your career goals?
Customer Service Specialist
It was a medium process with 4 interviews in total. One interview involved a task of building a website, which was a bit challenging as we aren't website building specialists. There were 2 individual online interviews and 2 group interviews. I made it to the final stage but didn't get the final offer, though I did receive excellent feedback from the HR manager. It was a cool experience and I really enjoyed the process because now I know how to build a website. I found the process quite fast, as it all happened within 3 weeks.
- Could you describe a challenging customer interaction that you successfully resolved in a positive way?
Customer Care Representative
The interview started with a 20-minute introductory call where I was asked general questions about my background, my interest in customer care, and my salary expectations. The team lead also gave details about the role, mentioning it was an 8 AM to 5 PM shift. A few days later, I received an assignment which took me two days to complete. Subsequently, I was informed that the original position was filled but I could proceed for a role with a 1 PM to 10 PM shift. The assignment was quite time-consuming, and I wouldn't have invested that much effort if I had known about the shift change beforehand. The organization of the process could have been better.
- Can you share your salary expectations?
- Could you briefly describe your work experience?
- What are your reasons for starting in an entry-level role?
