The interview process was long, but worth it. I had 3 rounds of interviews and completed an assignment. I personally like that they took the time to make sure they picked the best people for the job! Each interview had different difficulty levels. The first interview was with a supervisor and had the hardest questions. The second was with a director and included more personal questions. The last interview was with HR and was a mix of work and personal questions. All the interviewers were great people and they really care about who you are as a person, not just your work experience. I'm so excited to have been offered a position and start working with this wonderful company!

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The VP reached out on LinkedIn before the job was posted. We had a quick 15-minute talk. Then the recruiter got in touch. I did these rounds and then they picked someone else. 1) Recruiter video call to talk about the job, pay, and the interview steps. 2) I got an assignment from the recruiter. It took about 3 hours. I had to make a CS development framework, a product adoption model for Wix, and an account health score for Wix products. I was told to be creative and specific. There was no session to discuss it or present it. Nobody asked about the case study I sent in. I got an email from the recruiter saying I did great and I was moving on. 3) Video call with the US CS team lead about my experience, how I see the role, and questions. 4) Video call with the VP who first contacted me and her direct report, the CS director (who is the manager for this job) in the US. We talked about my experience, how I've grown, my ideas for the role, and questions. 5) Video call with the HR Head in Ireland about fitting into the culture and my vision for the Dublin office.

Behavioral Other

The interview process involved a phone screen, an interview with the manager, an assignment interview with the director, and finally an interview with HR. It felt like there might not even be a real position open. Everyone I talked to had a different idea about the sector I'd be in, the number of accounts I'd manage, and the overall role. All the interviews were nice, but the HR one was pretty awkward. They asked some really personal questions, like which other companies I was applying to. It was a strange way to end what was otherwise a decent interview experience.
